The name Into the Dead is very fitting for this creepy zombie game. You literally run into swarms of undead as they desperately try to rip you apart. The graphics are great and add to an already intense game play. If you want to take the scare to the next level, I recommended playing this game with good quality headphones.
The object is to run for as long as you can, you serve side-to-side using your phone or tablet to move you survivor. What I really like about this game is that from the beginning you’re playing, no long boring splash screens etc. The more you dodge the undead the better you’ll score. Running longer rewards you with weapons and other goodies which you can use to improve the sprint of your life.
The levels are all mostly dark and gloomy which help create a very scary environment. If your unlucky enough to run right into a zombie then you’re dead however, if you swerve away at last minute you’ll get hurt but survive. I just can’t get over how freaky it is running towards these zombie, specially when they start to pile up on screen.
