Los Angeles, May 24, 2013 — Planet Toccer Holding Ltd., founded by former world class athlete, Mark Thomas, teamed up with leading animated film and gaming industry veterans to launch Goaly Moley, the first 3D mobile game app from the Space Sports franchise.
Space Sports held the first Goaly Moley Championship of the ZaZa Galaxy starting on April 15th, 2013. The champion would receive an all expenses paid trip for two to London to attend the U.E.F.A. (Union of European Football Association) Champions League Final on May 25th, 2013. The winner, selected on May 19th for scoring the highest amount of points in the competition, was Toni Nguyen, of Berlin, Germany. When faced with the decision of who to bring with him as his “plus one” to the competition, Nguyen was torn between taking his best friend, and someone he knew would love it even more–his Dad.
“In the end, I decided to take my Dad,” said Nguyen. “My Dad is a big Hertha BSC (Berlin Football Club) and German national football team fan. He sacrifices everything for my happiness, and I want to make him happy!”
In addition to attending the FC Bayern v BVB Champions League Final match at Wembley, Toni Nguyen and his father, who originally hails from Vietnam, received round-trip plane tickets, a stay at a four-star hotel in London, $500 spending money, and more.
“My father is proud of me that I am becoming more independent and responsible, and I want to give back to him early this Father’s Day,” said Nguyen. “Thanks to Space Sports, I got to give back to the man who has given so much to me.”
