August 24th, 2013: The popular iPad magazine-based guitar tuition App, Guitar Coach Magazine is set to be released for iPhone and iPod Touch users to download for the first time. The announcement comes 10 months after the App was exclusively released for iPad in October 2012.
Managing Director of Guitar Coach Magazine, Jonathan Howkins said, ‘We are really pleased to announce the release of an iPhone and android supported version of the application on 24th August 2013. There are over 250 million iPhones out there now, with over 100 million iPad sales since its launch 3 years ago, and these numbers are growing all the time.’
Jonathan goes on to say; ‘Since launching the App last year we’ve had such a great response from all of our customers and continued subscribers, with over 460 customer reviews on the App Store averaging 5 stars. We feel that releasing the App for iPhone and was really the next step for us.’
Guitar Coach is a free magazine App, available from the iTunes Store and Newsstand, that offers its users practical guitar coaching videos from beginner to intermediate lessons, including step-by-step tuition of songs, riffs, licks, solos and improvisation.
Furthermore, the magazine includes the latest guitar and music industry news, articles, guitarist profiles and product reviews.
