Tabata is a fun and neat way to exercise and lose weight
Well it is the day after Thanksgiving-time to get off of your tail and get moving! Doing exercise is not always fun or easy to do. I found an app that can help Tabata.
With this app you can have:
- a very strict trainer
- effective exercises
- daily workouts
The app is fun and easy to use. All you have to do is work out 4 minutes a day and all exercises do not require any special equipment! The app will show you what you need to do and then you do each exercise for 20 seconds, then take a break of 10 seconds between exercises and the next thing you will know is that you are done for the day!
The game also has a number of achievements you can earn as you exercise. Using Tabata, the app creator lost 17 kilos in two months.
I found the app to be nicely done. The graphics and sounds are enjoyable and I appreciate that the app makes doing exercises very straightforward. The app will show and explain to you what each exercise is. You can also reset the exercises any day so if there is one you particularly do not want to do, then you can pick another. The app will time you as you exercise and you can easily pause the timer if needed.
If you are looking for a fun and neat way to increase your daily exercises either at home or the office, Tabata is a great choice.
