Command your troops and take part in some of the most historic battles of WWII in the Drive on Moscow from Shenandoah Studio
About a month ago Drive on Moscow, the sequel to the hit iPad game, Battle of the Bulge, from Shenandoah Studio came out. If you are war buff or enjoy military strategy, then this is a game for you. Simply put, your job is to defend the Soviet homeland from invaders.
This game is awesome. It is worth every penny. If you have played Battle of the Bulge you will understand the setup and game play. So why is this game awesome?

For those unfamiliar with the game, Drive on Moscow allows you to command the Russians as they hold off the Germans during World War II. This is a top down view, turn based strategy game where patience and knowledge will help you achieve victory. There is a very well done tutorial which will take you through general game play. There is a very detailed help section and a link to the online forums for those who want more assistance.
This is not a fast game, this is a game to savor and enjoy. It is one that you take your time, weigh your options. The game has three main modes: play against the computer, against a friend (pass and play) and finally play against others online. I should also mention you can play as the Germans (Axis) if you choose also. You will be able to command tanks, cavalry, infantry, and airborne troops to name a few. Finally there is an online leaderboard.
This is a beautifully done game and a great addition to the Battle of the Bulge. Shenandoah Studio has a few more titles coming out in 2014, if they are anything like Drive on Moscow, I know what I will be playing next year.
