If you are looking for adventure and frustration, then you need to try your hand at Road of Kings. Road of Kings from Dancing Sorcerer Games is a different adventure game. In the game you play a warrior and your job is to travel the world and collect 500 gold within 100 days. That is definitely easier said than done. I have played the game many times and have only last 100 days one time so far. In the other games I have starved to death, been killed by farmers, killed by dragons and various other creatures. The game has two settings, standard and custom, but to b e honest, I have not figured out what the difference between the two are. Each game starts out the same way. You begin on the top left hexagon with no food and gold. You then select which adjacent hexagon to travel to and deal with the adventure that awaits you, and repeat.  You can usually travel only one hexagon per day. The fun comes…

A great adventure game where you get to decide where and what you do. Travel the Road of Kings to see if you can be the next ruler.

The fun comes from the fact that you get to choose the adventure; which way to go, eat or hunt, fight or flee, join or abandon, you name it. The graphics are not super, the controls are simple, and some of the combat is repetitive, but that is what makes the game unique and enjoyable. I really appreciate a game that does not take hours to learn.

As I mentioned before I have yet to win the game. I find myself playing again and again, hoping to find to earn and find enough gold to be king. When I do, I will let you know!

I really do not have a  lot to say against the game-right now when you want to quit or take a break, you need push the power button, thus you can only save the current game. A little more explanation of the game in the app might be good.

This game is a keeper and definitely ones that kids and adults a like will enjoy.  For the small price of the app, you will get hours of enjoyment and a game that is never the same twice.
