Organize your inbox easily and spend more time on other things.
What is the #1 thing you use your phone for? For me it is email and I would assume that is the same for most people. Being able to get your email where ever you are is very important, especially for business.
Zoomin is an iOS based email app that I recent tried. The key about this app is that you need Microsoft Exchange 2007 or 2010. When you first access the app you will need to setup your email account. The user interface is very nicely done and easy to figure out. The app motto is “focus on the important emails” and the app will allow you to help organize and filter your emails.
One of the key features of the app is the stacking of emails. The app will organize your incoming emails and put them in stacks, so you can find all the emails from a certain person or on a particular project. As I mentioned above the graphic interface is nice and clean. The app will put together a quick summary of the email so you can get a “preview” of the message without having to read the whole thing. You can also setup VIPs , folks that email you frequently so their emails or stacked for you also.
I get a lot of emails and spend quite a bit of time going through my inbox, trying to clean it out and stay on top of things. The idea of organizing and stacking emails is a really neat idea. The app makes it easy to find and preview messages but for the how emails are organized is key for me. So if you use Microsoft Exchange and want a different but effective way to deal with your inbox, give Zoomin a try.
FYI: On the developer’s website, there is a link to sign up for information on upcoming Outlook addition.
