As I work to get caught up this week, I have 2 pieces of news to share with you from our good friends at Slitherine. Some neat gaming adventures.
#1 Scourge of War: Waterloo!
The developer NorbSoftDev studio is working on Scourge of War: Waterloo! A new chapter in the Scourge of War series will be written on the battlefield of Waterloo. Napoleon and his Grande Armée are facing a challenge in this final encounter against the troops of the Seventh Coalition. Players will be able to prove that the Emperor’s return in March 1815 was not in vain, or join the armies led by the Duke of Wellington and von Blücher to eliminate the French threat forever.
#2 Legions of Steel
The Slitherine Group and Studio Nyx are now combining their efforts to develop a new game under the official Legions of Steel license. This adaptation for iOS and Android devices, will feature gameplay that both capture the essence of the original boardgame, and delivers the standards expected by modern gamers.
Soon players will be able to take command of Human and Machine squads during intense battles in solo and multiplayer modes. So stay tuned as we are likely to unveil more assets and information in the upcoming weeks!
