Next Stop HD is a time management game where you need to complete your tasks within the time alloted. You are helping to rebuild the railroad. On level you will need to repair the tracks, bridges, banks, signals and so on.
At the beginning of each level you are given your list of tasks; after reviewing them, you will push start and begin. You will need to finish a level as quickly as possible so you can get teh best score possible- which is based on a resource bonus, time bonus and so on. I have played similar games in the past and they can be quick fun. My kids are enjoying the game and have gotten further than I have.
The game has two modes: multi-push where you can click on a number of items for the worker to do and in that order and no-time where there is no timer (that is not fun though). There are 40 levels which you can play as many times as you want, but you need to play in order the first time through. I find myself redoing levels to try and get the best score each time.
The game provides you with plenty of guidance on what you need to do. But you will find that on each level, you will need to:
–collect mail for bonus money
–collect wood for repairs or upgrade the shop to get additional help
–collect stone for bank repairs
There is a free and paid version for both the iPhone and iPad versions of the game. I tested the game on my iPad. The game graphics, interface, and gameplay are very well done and provided for an enjoyable gaming experience.
