A great puzzle game
Over the next week or so, we are going to be covering some neat puzzle games. I love puzzles and there are quite a few good ones out there for both iOS and Android users. Today we cover Folds the Game.
Folds is a different sort of puzzle game. You task is to clear off the grid of the color papers; you do this by folding the same color papers on each other. As you clear spots on the grid, then you can move the other color papers around to try and match them up with similar colors. As I read this, it sorta sounds strange, but if you watch the trailer below you will get the idea.
Here is what the developer says about the game. “The idea behind Folds was very simple – something to fold by touch. Fold? The pictures do not come even close to describe to what the game triggered with our testers.They could not stop playing. But the gameplay is so elected that you can!
Folds is a game for in between. Start the game, play a few levels – or stop in the middle. No timing, no fast acting – just relaxed play. Laid back? But be aware, Folds is a concentration game that may end with any wrong folds. In the first test on a device it did not spared us, the developer of the game to lose too. It was harder than we thought. “
I thought he describes it very well. I like game because it is all about figuring out what to do, not how many zombies you can kill in a minute. The game does come with a tutorial to show you how to play. The app also has 6 different players slots so it is easy to share game with the kids.
Folds is a fun game that will make you think and one you can easily pick up and play any time. I really like this puzzle and definitely recommend for those would enjoy puzzles.
