With the price of gas dropping some (at least where I live), I do not feel too bad playing a game called Fuel Burner.
Fuel Burner is a cute little game for iOS where you job is to get each of the helicopters to the various landing pads with a certain number of moves. On each helicopter there is a number and that represents how much fuel or moves you have. To move a helicopter, you have to fly over a building. Each building represents one move. You can move up, down and diagonally.
If your helicopter does not make it to a landing pad (the building with a H on it) then a warning sound goes off. You can get some extra fuel initial and when that is gone, then you can get more by sharing the game with friends online.
This universal app is not a bad game but definitely could use some upgrades.
The game has 3 difficulty settings:
- Beginner – no time limit
- Intermediate 5 minute limit
- Expert 3 minute limit
which adds some “stress” to the game. Each level is the same layout and number of helicopter. As the levels increase so does the amount of fuel so you will need to be quick. I think it would be cool to see the layout and number of helicopter vary from level to level.
On the higher levels you will need to be quick in your decision making so you do not run out of time. When a game is over, you can share it with others but unfortunately you start back on level 1. Another neat idea would be to allow you to continue from where you left off on.
Overall Fuel Burner is a cute game that will keep you busy for a while.
