Are you a card shark? I am. I enjoy playing card games on and offline. Today I am enjoying Solitaire TriPeaks from GSN.com
Solitaire TriPeaks is a relaxing, free card game where you are trying to clean the board, use least amount of cards in the deck, and try to create the biggest streaks. When you first begin, Tiki, and his dog Poi, will be around to lend a hand if you need help.
The game is broken up into 8 different tropical locations with numerous levels on each and more coming. When you first begin, it asks you to connect to Facebook, but if you do not want you can start playing. With Facebook, you can share and compete against your friends.
As with all solitare games, you job is to clean off cards on the board, in order (either ascending or descending). You want to do this is as efficiently as possible. If you cannot play any cards on the board, you will draw from deck.
The in-game currency is coins. You earn coins for completing a level, getting a streaks of certain lenghts, for how many cards are left in the deck. So the keys are: completion, speed, and streaks.
The game is free to download but it will cost you in-game coins to play each level, so it will behove you to earn as much as you can each time you play. If you cannot complete a level you can purchase more coins or simply replay the level. Within the game you can use coins to undo a move. For each level you can choose different boosters.
Overall this is a fun game. There are no difficulty settings and you can or replay any level you want, but levels do need to be played in order initially. The graphics are nicely done and the background music adds to the tropical theme.
So pull up a beach chair and see how well you can play cards on the beach with Solitaire TriPeaks.
